Avoid at all cost! The worst experience I have ever had in terms of quality of service and customer service alike. Not only did he company charge me in full before actually carrying out the works, but then never carried out the work they have put in my quote. When challenged on that, they said the removal of the handle I was charged for was too difficult and therefore instead of doing it they've decided to install a new one at the bottom of my skylight. They have opted for the cheapest option available, which was flimsy and didn't lock properly. It has obviously never crossed their minds to even ask my opinion. Again, once challenged they turned out to be extremely difficult to deal with as their customer service is extremely poor and inefficient, with no updates or follow-ups. Even a complaint to the manager resolved nothing and it took the business over 6 months to follow up on the initial, badly done job, while one of my windows continued to leak.
