Front Door Didn't Work
My front door key didn't work. Hero Locksmith helped me out very quickly. The workman was prompt, courteous and knew what he was doing. He even had loads of parts in his van. He was able to sort out the door key in no time at all. The charge for the work I had done seemed a fair price. Overall, very pleased , and yes I would use his service again. Happily.
Intercom Door Lock Broken
We have a heavy door with an intercom to enter. After years of people pushing against the door to get in, the lock finally gave way a few weeks ago. I did a quick google search, scrolled down and went for the one which said they weren't a call centre. Richard was in the area and came round within half an hour. He gave me a quote up front and said he could fit the new lock immediately as he had all the materials in his van. Within 20 mins it was fixed. I was very happy with the service and I will use his services again to fit a key safe for my elderly mum. I would also recommend him to friends and family.
